Online Real Estate Platform Spec Creation

I am seeking an experienced Requirements Engineer or Business Analyst to create a detailed specification document (Requirements Specification/Lastenheft) for a new online real estate platform. The goal is to develop a website where property sellers can list their properties and potential buyers can search for listings. This document will serve as the foundation for proposals from web development agencies, so accuracy and completeness are crucial.

Key Responsibilities: -Elicit Requirements: Work with me to understand my vision for the platform, target audience, and desired features. -Document Requirements: Create a comprehensive requirements specification document (or equivalent

• User Stories preferred) detailing all functional and non-functional requirements of the platform. -User Story Creation: Develop clear and concise user stories that describe how users will interact with the platform ("As a seller, I want to…", "As a buyer, I want to…"). -Data Modeling (Basic): Outline the key data elements required for the platform (property details, user information, search criteria). -Workflow Definition: Map out the core workflows of the platform (e.g., property listing process, search process, contact form submission). -Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.

Deliverables: -Requirements Specification Document (Lastenheft): A detailed document outlining all functional and non-functional requirements. Format is flexible (Word, Google Docs, Confluence etc.), but must be well-organized and easy to understand. -User Story Collection: A comprehensive collection of user stories covering all key features. -(Optional) Wireframes/Mockups: Basic wireframes or mockups illustrating the layout and user interface (UI) are a plus, but not required.

Required Skills & Experience: -Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer / Business Analyst. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and documentation skills (English fluency is essential). -Experience with web application projects. -Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. -Ideally: Experience working on real estate portals or similar online marketplaces.

Technical Considerations: While I am not an IT professional, the platform will likely involve: -User accounts (sellers and buyers) -Property listing management (photos, descriptions, location data) -Advanced search functionality with filtering options -Responsive design for desktop and mobile devices -Database integration
