Project Description:
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to design and develop interactive recruitment and training courses. The goal is to create engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing learning modules that can be used for hiring assessments as well as employee training.
Scope of Work: Design and develop interactive recruitment modules (e.g., aptitude tests, scenario-based assessments, quizzes) Create training courses for various domains (HR, sales, onboarding, soft skills, etc.) Develop engaging content formats such as: Interactive quizzes & assessments Scenario-based learning Gamified modules Video-based learning with embedded questions Ensure content is mobile-friendly and easy to navigate Integrate courses with LMS platforms (if required) Provide editable formats for future updates Key Requirements: Proven experience in eLearning development / Instructional Design Hands-on experience with tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, or similar Ability to create interactive and visually engaging content Understanding of recruitment workflows and training methodologies Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines Deliverables: Fully functional interactive courses/modules Source files for editing Documentation (if required) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HR/recruitment-related content Knowledge of LMS integration (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.) Creative approach to gamification and learner engagement
