Modern Brick-Stone 3-Floor Facade

Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500

I have a three-storey building with an 18 ft street frontage and I want its face to feel unmistakably modern while still grounded in brick and stone. The core structure is fixed; what I need is a fully developed front-elevation design that convincingly blends those materials, incorporates balconies on each level, and adds tasteful decorative trims for extra character. If larger windows naturally support the concept we can discuss them, but they are not essential.

Please translate the idea into a presentation-ready elevation that shows accurate proportions, material textures, and color tones. A clean 2D coloured facade is fine, yet if you prefer to supply a lightweight 3D perspective as well, that’s welcome.

Two rounds of minor tweaks after the first submission should be enough for us to get it just right.
