Sharetribe Marketplace Setup & Launch — Hourly Space Rental Platform (Italy) We're an Italian startup building a two-sided marketplace for hourly rentals of unique spaces — private spas, creative studios, and event venues. We're currently in validation phase with live Google Ads campaigns generating real leads. Now we need to finalize and launch our Sharetribe-powered transactional platform. What we need: Platform setup & customization:

Complete Sharetribe marketplace configuration (already started, needs finalization) Transaction flow setup: hourly booking with Stripe integration Email template customization and translation (Italian) Listing page optimization for 3 verticals (wellness, creative studios, events) policy, terms of service, and compliance pages SEO basics and metadata

Copy & conversion:

Review and refine marketplace copy (Italian — we provide drafts, you optimize for conversion) Host onboarding flow copy Buyer-side copy that communicates trust and exclusivity

Supply-side launch support:

Help structure host outreach templates and process Advise on marketplace launch sequencing (cold-start strategy)

Ideal candidate:

Has built and launched at least 1-2 marketplaces on Sharetribe (show us the links) Understands two-sided marketplace dynamics (not just "building a website") Can write or edit Italian copy (native or C2 level Italian is a strong plus) Comfortable with no-code tools, Stripe, basic SEO Startup mentality: fast, iterative, no bureaucracy

Not looking for:

Someone who will "learn Sharetribe on the job" A pure developer with no marketplace strategy understanding An agency — we want one person, direct communication
