Urgent Alexandria On-Site Server Build

Budget: $250 - $750

I need a seasoned hardware technician who can come to my Alexandria, VA location right away and build a secure local server from the ground up. The single machine will host ALL three roles—file, database, and web—so it must be assembled, configured, and hardened with that multi-purpose workload in mind.

Project Overview: We are seeking a highly precise, on-site IT technician to assemble and configure a localized, fully air-gapped server environment. This project is a "Zero-Knowledge," maximum-security build. We have a strict, step-by-step Master Engineering Specification that must be followed flawlessly.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT - LOCATION: This work MUST be performed physically on-site in Alexandria City, Virginia. Remote work is impossible. Do not apply if you cannot physically drive to our location in Alexandria to execute this build.

Scope of Work (Summary): We are not looking for you to invent a process; we are looking for you to execute our existing blueprint. The core tasks include:

Physical Staging: Connecting the Dell, dock, and peripherals.

BIOS Lockdown: Physically disabling the motherboard's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth radios in the BIOS to establish a true air-gap.

OS Installation: Wiping the drive and performing a clean, offline installation of Windows 11 via USB (bypassing all Microsoft account/telemetry requirements).

Local Server Setup: Installing and configuring XAMPP (Apache/MySQL) to run strictly on 127.0.0.1 (localhost).

Hardware Locking: Binding the Windows and local databases strictly to the physical YubiKey.

What We Expect: You must be comfortable working entirely offline, executing command-line prompts, navigating BIOS settings, and strictly following a physical checklist. Absolutely no cloud accounts, remote access tools, or unauthorized hardware will be used.
