Senior Graphic Designer (Large Format / Exhibition & Display) – Long-Term Dedicated Partnership

The Opportunity

We are now looking for a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join us as a long-term partner.

This is not a short-term freelance project.

We are looking for someone who will:

Role & Responsibilities

This is a dual-role position combining creative design and technical execution:

1. Design & Development

Create high-quality large-format designs for print Develop concepts, layouts, and visual proposals Produce production-ready files Create 3D mockups and visual presentations for client approval

1. Quality Control & File Management

Review and quality-check all files received from clients Ensure all files meet production standards Adjust and optimize files when necessary Communicate clearly with our team regarding improvements and corrections

Types of Design Work

You will be working with:

Exhibition walls (textile systems, modular setups) Lightboxes (SEG systems with LED) Event tents (roof and walls) Beach flags and outdoor branding Large banners (mesh, PVC, textile) Retail and signage solutions

All designs must be adapted for real-world usage, including distance visibility, lighting conditions, and material constraints.

Deliverables

We expect:

Print-ready files (PDF, CMYK, correct bleed and scaling) Fully organized source files (AI, PSD, INDD) 3D mockups and visual presentations Adaptations across multiple formats and products High-quality, production-ready output without errors

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design or a related field

Experience:

Several years of proven experience in large-format design and print production Strong portfolio within exhibition systems, signage, or similar

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign Strong understanding of: CMYK and print production workflows Scaling, bleed, and resolution for large formats File preparation for professional printing Experience with 3D visualization tools is a strong advantage

Work Requirements

Must be available 08:00–16:00 (Norwegian time) Fluent in English (written and spoken) Able to work remotely as part of an international team
