I will handle the preparation and inventory myself, so you can concentrate on creating a friendly, welcoming experience for customers.

The work happens entirely at the stall, outdoors, so you should be comfortable standing for several hours and staying energetic during the evening rush. Clear communication in Hindi or the local language is essential, and basic arithmetic for giving correct change will keep things running smoothly. Prior food-service or cash-handling experience would be a bonus but is not a strict requirement; a positive attitude and reliability matter most to me.
