Heavy Blur & Brighten Photo

I have a single photo that needs focused retouching. The background should be pushed well out of focus with a heavy blur so the faces are not visible. Once that depth effect is in place, please lift the exposure on the cake and balloon until they sit at a clean moderately brighter level—enough to stand out, but not so much that highlights blow out. Please also leave the two boys who are facing the cake in focus. The face in the upper right corner, and their long hair, need to be removed.

Photoshop or an equivalent pro-level editor is fine; just make sure the blur transition looks natural around all subject edges, no haloing, and colours stay true—especially the frosting tones and balloon hues.

Deliverable is approved once: • Background blur strength matches a shallow-depth-of-field look with smooth bokeh. • Cake and balloon brightness increased to a clearly noticeable yet balanced level. • No artefacts, banding, or loss of detail on key subjects.
