I need a developer to turn my vision for a sleek, modern portfolio site into a fully functioning web experience. The site’s primary purpose is to showcase my work, so it must feel polished yet fast and easy to navigate on any device.

Core sections include an About Me page that highlights my background, a visually driven Project Gallery, a straightforward Contact Form, and an additional Management Info area where I can share behind-the-scenes notes and metrics. Each section should be editable through a lightweight CMS or custom admin panel so I can update content without touching code.

Please prioritise responsive design, clean typography, and subtle animations that reinforce the modern aesthetic rather than distract from it. Optimised images, lazy loading, and solid SEO foundations are also important to me.
