Real Estate Ad & Collateral Design

Deadline: 2026-04-04

Description

Budget: ₹12500 - ₹37500

I’m launching a new apartment development and need a full set of marketing materials designed in a clean, modern style that leans on neutral shades rather than loud or highly saturated colours. The hero piece will be a newspaper ad focused squarely on the property’s standout features—layout options, amenities, location advantages—so readers immediately grasp what makes this project special. Alongside that, I also require posters, a folded leaflet/brochure, and a few supporting brand assets (think social-media header, onsite signboard mock-ups, and a basic email banner) all carrying through the same visual language.

Please keep typography contemporary, imagery aspirational but realistic, and the overall composition uncluttered. I’m comfortable if you work in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop or an equivalent professional suite; just be sure final files are delivered both print-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi with bleed) and in editable source format.

Deliverables • Full-page newspaper advertisement highlighting key property features • Two poster variations (A2 and A3) • Trifold or bi-fold leaflet ready for offset printing • Additional brand assets: social header, signboard, email banner • All packaged source files plus export-ready PDFs/JPGs/PNGs

Acceptance criteria • Consistent modern aesthetic, neutral palette across every item • Clear hierarchy showcasing property features in the newspaper ad • Print specs met without pixelation or bleed issues • Editable text layers so future changes are straightforward

If you’ve previously created real estate or similar lifestyle campaigns, feel free to reference them so I can gauge fit. Looking forward to seeing your concepts bring this development to life.
