Orchestrate & Record Funeral Song Vocal

Budget: $30 - $250

I have already written a slow, mournful song that will serve as the soundtrack for a short memorial video to be played at my funeral. What I now need is a full production: thoughtful contemporary-style orchestration, a clean studio recording, and—if you are comfortable—an emotive lead vocal to carry the melody.

Musically I imagine a “small-orchestral meets pop” palette: intimate strings or woodwinds blending naturally with modern touches such as muted electric guitar, soft pad textures, or subtle percussion. I’m open to your creative instinct on whether the arrangement ultimately feels chamber-sized or grows into something more expansive, as long as the overall mood remains tender and reflective.

Deliverables I will look for: • A complete multitrack arrangement (MIDI or notation + audio stems) • A polished stereo master ready for video syncing (24-bit WAV preferred) • An isolated vocal track, plus a version of the mix without vocal in case we need flexibility later

If you handle only orchestration and mixing, that is perfectly fine; just let me know so we can plan for an external singer. Likewise, if you can both orchestrate and sing, that would streamline the project.
