WhatsApp & Email Message Scheduler

I need a small platform that lets me create, edit, and cancel scheduled text messages that go out through both WhatsApp and ordinary email. Real-time chat and rich media can wait; the core of this first version is reliable scheduling, including the option to set messages to repeat automatically (daily, weekly, monthly, or by custom interval).

Key workflow • I write a plain-text message, pick one or many recipients, choose the channel (WhatsApp, email, or both), set the exact send date/time, and, when needed, define a recurring pattern. • The system stores the job and dispatches it on schedule, even if the browser is closed. • After sending, I can see a simple log with status (sent, failed) and retry any failures.

Technical preferences I am open to your stack suggestions, but please plan on using the official WhatsApp Business API (or an approved provider such as Twilio) plus standard SMTP or a service like SendGrid for email. Time-zone handling, basic authentication, and a clean web interface will be required.
