CERTIFIED FORENSIC DOCUMENT EXAMINER UTAH BASED OR ABLE TO TESTIFY IN UTAH COURT

FOR HIRE: Certified Forensic Document Examiner (Utah‑Based or Able to Testify in Utah Courts) I am seeking a certified forensic document examiner to review a set of trust documents for potential irregularities. This work will be used in a Utah court proceeding, so proper credentials and the ability to provide expert testimony are required.

Scope of Work I need a qualified examiner to evaluate:

1. Document Formatting & Integrity Consistency of fonts, typefaces, spacing, margins, and layout

Identification of inserted, altered, or mismatched pages

Detection of non‑original formatting that may indicate later modification

Some pages appear to use different fonts or formatting styles, and I need a professional determination on whether these differences are normal or signs of alteration.

1. Signature & Handwriting Analysis Comparison of signatures across multiple documents

Examination of printed names for consistency

Determination of whether signatures or printed entries were written by the same person

Identification of possible forgery, tracing, autopen, or simulation

Several signatures and printed names appear inconsistent to me, and I need a formal expert evaluation.

1. Expert Credentials Required The examiner must:

Have recognized training and certification in forensic document examination

Be qualified to provide expert testimony in Utah courts

Be able to produce a written report suitable for legal proceedings

Preferably have experience with estate, probate, or trust litigation

Location I am located in Utah, so local experts are preferred, but I am open to remote examiners who can testify in Utah if needed.
