Short Clips → 3D Cartoon

Budget: $30 - $250

I have a batch of more than ten legacy clips, each under sixty seconds, that I want re-imagined as modern 3D cartoons using AI-assisted techniques. Every source video is already trimmed and sequenced; what I need now is a seamless transformation that preserves the original timing, although there is no dialogue, and audio while giving the visuals a playful, Pixar-esque feel.

You’re free to work in the tools you know best—Runway, Stable Diffusion, EbSynth, Blender, After Effects, or any comparable pipeline—as long as the final renders are clean, consistent across all clips, and delivered in H.264 MP4 at the original resolution. Color grading, light FX, and subtle motion enhancements are welcome if they enhance the cartoon look and can also drift into full realism.
