I run a fast-growing online brand that sells through seven storefronts: Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, our own site, eBay, Facebook and Instagram. Keeping campaigns, customer flows and inventory in sync across all of them has outgrown copy-and-paste tactics—so I’m handing the wheel to an AI operations expert who can build a real engine under the hood.
Here’s what I need you to own:
• Clone our existing marketing assets—from ads to email flows—and redeploy them so they stay perfectly aligned across Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, the website, eBay, Facebook and Instagram. • Design automated funnels that turn social followers into customers (think chatbots, email/SMS sequences, retargeting logic, dynamic offers). • Keep the “AI stack” humming day-to-day: monitor data pipelines, tweak prompts or automations when algorithms change, surface insights that point to the next growth lever, and document everything so it’s repeatable.
Tools are flexible as long as they fit the job; most of our current ecosystem runs on Shopify, Zapier, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager and Amazon Ads, with ChatGPT doing light content work. If you can prove a more robust or more efficient mix—like Make, Tray.io, Manychat, or self-hosted LLMs—I’m all ears.
Acceptance criteria
- Unified creative assets live on all seven platforms and passing brand-review spot checks.
- Automated funnel from first social touch to checkout is measurable and attribution-ready.
- Clear dashboard or weekly report that shows performance metrics and any system alerts.
- Step-by-step SOPs so a junior teammate could run the basics if you’re out.
