I’m looking for ongoing, hands-on management of my Google Ads so I can turn more local searchers into qualified leads every month. The focus is simple: drive form submissions and phone calls from people in my immediate service area.
Here’s how I picture our workflow: you’ll audit my existing account (or set one up from scratch if needed), build tightly themed search campaigns, write compelling copy, handle keyword research and negative keyword pruning, then monitor performance throughout the month. I expect you to adjust bids, refine audiences, split-test ads, and keep an eye on Quality Score so we stay cost-efficient.
Because lead generation is the priority, conversion tracking must be rock-solid—forms firing properly in Google Tag Manager and call tracking configured so every ring shows up in Google Ads and Google Analytics. At the end of each month I’d like a concise report highlighting spend, cost per lead, top-performing search terms, and next-step recommendations.
