Equity Interview Partner

Budget: €6 - €12/hr
I run a growing IT company and want to bring a fluent, native-English collaborator on board to own our hiring conversations. You will be the first touchpoint for every applicant, handling technical, behavioural and coding interviews remotely.
The role is fully part-time—expect 3-10 hours each week, organised around your own schedule as long as you can join calls during EU, UK or US business hours. For compensation I am offering 25 % equity; this is a true partnership rather than a contract gig, so I need someone ready to commit long-term and grow with us.
What you’ll do • Lead and refine technical, behavioural and live-coding interviews for incoming candidates • Prepare question sets and scorecards that map directly to our engineering rubric • Deliver concise written feedback within 24 hours of each interview • Advise me on process improvements so we can move faster and hire smarter
Acceptance criteria • Every candidate receives a structured interview covering all three focus areas • Written evaluations are clear, bias-free and actionable • Turnaround times never exceed the agreed 24-hour window
