Complete Garage Studio Design & Setup – Production, Content, & Branding

I am looking for a skilled interior designer, space planner, or project manager to help me execute a comprehensive studio setup in my garage. The goal is to transform the space into a high-end, multifunctional studio that seamlessly combines a DTF/heat press production area, a product packaging station, an organized inventory system, and a dedicated corner for TikTok content creation. The final aesthetic must be modern luxury, Instagrammable, and highly functional.

Scope of Work & Requirements:

1. Layout & Interior Design:

Front Gate Area: Design a solution using decorative wooden or stylish grill-style sliding panels for easy machine access, combined with a thermal curtain to maintain AC efficiency.

Wall Treatments:

Left Wall: Integrate a house access door and two windows. Provide design options for hiding the windows (custom cabinets or premium curtains).

Right Wall: Propose a custom storage unit that conceals the window while maximizing storage space.

Back Wall (Feature Wall): This is the main branding focal point. Design using premium wallpaper or textured sheets (matte finish). Include placement for a large 3D logo, a stylish clock, certificates, and motivational frames.

Flooring: Recommend a two-layer solution: a base of easy-to-clean wood-textured vinyl sheets topped with a soft, removable decorative carpet/rug.

1. Machinery & Workstation Planning:

Custom Machine Table: Design a heavy-duty table with a heat-resistant top. Must include built-in tool drawers, a heat tape holder, and integrated wire management. Layout to accommodate an 8-in-1 Heat Press, a DTF machine, and two dedicated printers in an aligned, tidy configuration.

Computer & Packaging Desk: Design an aesthetic desk setup for a laptop, keyboard tray, thermal printer, and hidden storage for packaging materials (tapes, ribbons). This area must be "camera-ready" for quick videos.

Wall Organizers: Specify a pegboard/wire grid system for tools on the left wall and a pinboard for daily order management.

1. Storage & Display Systems:

Apparel Storage: Design dedicated drawers or compartments organized by size and type.

Bulk Storage: Propose either 5-in-1 large storage blocks or covered warehouse-style racks.

Display Areas: Integrate wall-mounted racks for t-shirt displays, shelves for products (mugs, bottles, cushions, frames), and open shelving for future product lines.

1. Content Creation Corner (TikTok Studio):

Design a dedicated corner with a ring light, phone tripod, and backdrop.

Incorporate a full-length mirror for try-on videos.

Create a tall illuminated banner displaying the brand name, services, and contact info for background branding.

1. Branding & Aesthetic Details:

Color Palette: Strict adherence to modern luxury theme: Light modern purple, gold accents, clean white base, with optional soft pink/beige for warmth. Avoid dark purple.

Lighting: Plan for hidden LED strip lighting under shelves.

Signage: Placement for a neon logo above the packaging desk.

Customer Area: Include space for 1-2 premium sofa-style chairs and a small table.

1. Smart Features:

Implement proper cable management throughout.

Suggest soundproof panels for better video audio quality.

Prioritize sliding storage solutions to avoid open, messy shelves.

Use matte black accents for contrast.

Deliverables: I need a comprehensive design package that includes:

2D Floor Plan with accurate dimensions and equipment placement, based on the garage's actual height and width.

3D Renderings / Mood Boards showing the final look (lighting, colors, textures).

3D Walkthrough Video

• a high-quality animated video that visually tours the designed space, accurately reflecting the garage's dimensions (height and width) so I can clearly visualize the layout, flow, and aesthetic before implementation.

Bill of Materials (BOM): A detailed list of materials, furniture, and fixtures needed (e.g., specific wallpaper, custom table specs, storage units, lighting).

Implementation Timeline: A step-by-step guide or schedule for executing the build.
