Modern Construction Portfolio Website

I need a modern, clean website that spans eight to nine pages and gives visitors an immediate feel for the quality and scope of our construction work. The main objective is twofold: first, to showcase our completed and in-progress projects in an attractive portfolio; second, to provide concise, well-structured information about the company itself—our history, team, certifications, and the full range of services we deliver.

Because we handle a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial builds, the portfolio section must allow me to display projects from all three sectors without forcing users to dig or click through cluttered menus. A responsive, image-driven gallery with optional filters will work best, provided it loads quickly and looks great on phones, tablets, and desktops.

Core pages I have in mind • About Us, with sub pages for director and management images and descriptions • Portfolio (with sub-pages or filters for each year with images of each completed project)

If an extra page is needed for career listings or detailed service breakdowns, that is fine as long as we stay within the nine-page ceiling.

Design guidelines • Overall look: modern and clean—ample white space, strong imagery, easy-to-read typography • Color palette: muted neutrals with one accent color drawn from our brand logo • Navigation: sticky or clearly visible on scroll, no more than two clicks to reach any project • CMS: I am open to your recommendation (WordPress, Webflow, or custom HTML/CSS) as long as I can update images and text myself afterward without touching code.

Please include in your proposal an outline of the build process, the tech stack you prefer, and examples of past construction or architecture sites you have completed. At hand-over, I will need the live site, editable files, and a brief walkthrough (video or screen-share) showing me how to add new projects and update content.
