I need a lively, eye-catching header for my website where the headline text scrolls smoothly across the screen. The overall vibe must feel dynamic, not minimalist, so subtle motion alone will not be enough—the animation should instantly signal energy the moment a visitor lands on the page.

Only the text inside the header needs movement; images and the background can stay static for now. I’m after a continuous, horizontally scrolling effect (much like a news ticker, but cleaner and more modern) rather than typewriter or simple fade-ins. It has to be:
