Improve AppSheet Form UX

I have an existing AppSheet app that works, but the experience around filling in forms feels clunky and slows users down. I want the entire form layer re-thought so it is cleaner, faster to complete, and visually consistent across mobile and desktop views.

Here’s what I need from you: • Refresh the current Form views—layout, field order, inline help, conditional show/hide logic, colour and typography—so users can move through each screen intuitively. • Keep everything tightly bound to the underlying Google Sheets data source that is already in place; no other data connectors are required. All current validations, references and security filters must remain intact. • Optimise performance by trimming redundant columns, leveraging App formulas instead of spreadsheet formulas where possible, and using slices if that improves load time. • Deliver the updated app back to me in my AppSheet workspace with clear notes on every UX change and any expressions you added or modified.

I’ll consider the job complete once the new forms are live, fully synced with Google Sheets, and my test users confirm they can submit records without confusion or errors.
