Budget: $25 - $50/hr
My weekly show for marketing leaders is being re-launched under the new name “Best Brands On Earth,” and I want the production value to live up to the title. The top priority is impeccable audio quality and engineering—noise reduced, voices crystal-clear, and levels perfectly balanced—followed by a polished visual identity that encourages listeners to hit “play.”
What I need you to handle:
• Intro & outro creation with licensed music that matches the brand’s tone • Full-service episode editing and mastering, with noise reduction and sound clarity as the guiding goals • Clean voice leveling/EQ so every guest sounds studio-grade • Episode-specific thumbnails plus a set of social media promotional graphics for LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, etc. • Simple on-screen overlays (guest names, sponsor segments) for the video version • A small folder of cut-down clips or audiograms we can post throughout the week
We begin recording the new season in roughly one month, but I’d like to select and onboard the right producer within the next two weeks so you can help set up workflows in advance.
Typical episode length: 30–45 minutes. Deliverables per episode: final mastered WAV & MP3, YouTube-ready video edit (where applicable), two thumbnails, three to five promo assets.
Acceptance criteria
- Background noise must stay below −60 dB with no hums, clicks, or pops.
- Final master around −16 LUFS for consistent loudness.
- Graphics supplied in 1:1, 16:9, and 9:16 formats, layered PSD/AI plus export-ready PNG.
- Five-day turnaround from receipt of raw files.
