Global Risk-Assessment Travel Planning App

I am starting a secure travel company. I need an app/program that can help me plan an itinerary for any trip around the globe. It needs to help me assess risk, look at local news and key words on the internet and present risks in real time then have equations that can work out the dangers, compare them to inputted risk reductions by the user and spit out the results, hopefully based on a numbers and traffic light based colour scheme to show green amber and red events during the proposed itinerary. I also want it to be able to use it live in the field. Track individuals in the team via GPS on a map, show me travel routes that have been uploaded. keep an eye on the internet and give me updated news such as natural disasters and civil unrest to deliver to the team so they can evacuate if needed. I want it to have the map integrated in it like google maps or even better a GPS topographical map like Garmin. I want to be able to draw new routes live whilst in the field and share that with the team in real time. show embassies and hospitals and backup routes. It also needs to have an evacuate button that automatically re-routes you to the pre-proposed fall back safe positions.
