Need an Artist to Help Design My Universe

Budget: $30 - $250

Hello everybody. It is I, the Hatter, creator of the online collaborative experimental animated series, Crystal Watchmen. Crystal Watchmen is a story that is set in a Narnia-style multiverse, and every universe is drawn (and eventually animated) in a different style. I have already found an artist who would be perfect for the position, but unfortunately, they are too busy with their own projects to be available. Bummer. This means that I will need an artist who is willing to get as close as possible to the art style I desire, and I will be sure to show you what I mean. This person will design not only characters we already have, but will eventually design others for the project, as well as a whole fantasy world. This is going to be a prolonged project, so please be prepared not to go anywhere. The first image is the style I wish to see, and the second, Princess Arin, is the character I already have. What my company, XXXX XXXX intends to do is to create an animatic to hopefully garner interest in the project as a whole. The script is written, we simply need the art to go with it.
