Omnichannel Sales & Support Bots

I’m looking to roll out a single conversational engine that lives on my Web properties yet reaches customers across Voice, WhatsApp, Email, SMS and even RCS. The bot must handle the entire journey—driving Sales, providing Post-sales support, taking care of General customer support and running outbound Marketing nudges—all from one code-base.
Here is what I need from you:
• Build or configure the bot so it can be embedded on my site (Web is the primary platform). • Connect it to the listed channels through the appropriate APIs—WhatsApp Business, a voice gateway (Twilio, Vonage or a proposal you prefer), standard SMTP/IMAP for email and an SMS/RCS provider. • Design conversation flows that cover product discovery, purchase guidance, order tracking, issue resolution and promotional broadcasts, with hand-offs to live agents when required. • Provide an easy-to-use dashboard where I can tweak messages, review analytics and train new intents without touching code. • Deliver clean, well-documented code plus a brief video or live walkthrough so my team can maintain the solution after hand-over.
I’ll supply brand guidelines, existing FAQ data and sample dialogues on request. If you have prior work that shows omnichannel bot experience—especially combining voice with WhatsApp—please include it with your proposal; it will help me choose faster.
