Simple Responsive Portfolio Website

Budget: ₹600 - ₹1500

I need a clean, modern portfolio site built from scratch with HTML5 and CSS3. The layout must look great on both desktop and mobile—so please rely on responsive techniques such as Flexbox or Grid and well-tuned media queries.

Purpose The site will showcase my work and background, so visual clarity and easy navigation are essential.

Sections to include • Home (landing page) • Contact Form (HTML form that can later be wired to a service or script)

Design guidance I do not have an existing palette, which leaves you free to suggest a simple, contemporary colour scheme that complements crisp typography and generous white space. Imagery and text placeholders are fine; I will swap in final content later.

Development notes

• Vanilla HTML and CSS only—no frameworks required.
• Keep the code well-commented so a beginner can understand and extend it.
• Optimise images and CSS for fast loading.
• Test across common modern browsers and ensure tools like Lighthouse report a good mobile score.

Deliverable A zipped folder containing organised HTML and CSS files plus any assets, ready for me to deploy to shared hosting.

If everything meets these points—responsive layout, requested pages, clear code and a tasteful colour suggestion—I will consider the project complete.
