This is a clearly defined implementation project updating navigation behavior on an existing Concept page and creating several structured destination pages using supplied modules and placeholder PDFs.

A specification document and concept reference PDF are attached. Please review both before responding.

Project Scope Summary

Update 8 navigation “diamond” buttons on the Concept page so each opens its destination in a new browser tab (popup-blocker-safe behavior).

Create 4 PDF viewer pages:

vertically scrolling PDF display Download button mobile compatible no paid plugins required placeholder PDFs provided

Install supplied module files for:

Artwork page Student Art page

Rename:

Link remaining buttons to existing pages already on the site (example provided above).
