Modern Industrial Logo Contest

Budget: $250 - $750

I’m running a contest to craft a clean, modern logo that pairs strong industrial colours with both text and an icon. The brand name is Encore Vacuum Company, but the feeling I’m after is unmistakably contemporary—think solid, engineered confidence rather than anything ornate or retro.

Colour direction Industrial tones are key. Greys, gun-metal, graphite, or other factory-inspired shades can anchor the palette. A single accent ( orange, or an electric blue) is welcome if it sharpens the design, yet the overall look must stay sleek and professional.

Form & elements Text and icon need to work together. The icon should be a fan blade at the beginning of the logo or ?, while the full lock-up must read clearly in digital and print. Geometric lines, sharp angles, or subtle mechanical hints all fit the brief, provided they don’t clutter the mark.

Deliverables (winner to supply) • Editable vector files (AI or SVG) • High-resolution PNGs with transparent background • One-colour and full-colour versions • Short usage guideline noting fonts and colour codes

1. Modern aesthetic matches industrial palette
2. Icon and text remain legible at 32 px and 4 inches wide
3. Files open flawlessly in Adobe Illustrator CC
