GoPro London Traffic Footage Capture

Budget: £18 - £36/hr

Studio 155 seeks a GoPro videographer to film continuous, high-resolution footage that documents how vehicles move through some of London’s most recognisable streets and junctions. The material will be developed later into games, so the brief is centred on gathering clean, CCTV style shots rather than creating a polished edit.

Scope of the shoot

• Locations: concentrate on the big “postcard” spots—Oxford Street, Regent Street, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and any other central junctions where you can safely record curb-side or from a suitable vantage point. The successful applicant will have a good understanding of London locations and will have the opportunity to pitch locations
• Camera requirements: GoPro Hero 13 or better
• Shooting style: Static tripod or clamp shots at each location. Clarity of traffic patterns is the goal.

Deliverables • Raw.MP4 files, 7-8 hours footage daily preferred (exact work hours and duration of project to be confirmed with successful applicant) • Daily file transfers (cloud preferred)

Studio 155 will be looking to contract freelancers for a range of projects with similar briefs, therefore reliable freelancers may have the opportunity to obtain further contracts with Studio 155. We are also interested in capturing footage in other junctions around the UK, so further opportunities are available for freelancers willing to travel.
