We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our brand’s visual communication across digital and offline platforms. This role focuses on deg creatives for social media, website, marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand materials. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Content & Social Media Executive, and other team members to ensure all visuals are attractive, consistent, and aligned with the brand identity.
Key Responsibilities: Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, and campaigns Create posters, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials (digital & print) Design website visuals, thumbnails, and basic UI elements (as needed) Work with the content and marketing team to convert ideas into visual designs Ensure all designs follow the brand’s visual guidelines and style Revise and improve designs based on feedback from the team Organize and maintain design files and brand assets Support special campaigns, events, and promotions with creatives
Skills Required: Good knowledge of design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva. Basic understanding of layout, colors, fonts, and visual hierarchy Creativity and attention to detail Ability to understand requirements and deliver designs on time Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to learn and adapt to brand style and feedback
Preferred Profile: Experience deg for social media, marketing, or brand promotions Experience working with marketing or digital teams is a plus Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines Practical, execution-focused, and creative mindset Experience in FMCG / E-commerce / Consumer brand is a plus
Performance Metrics: Quality and consistency of design output Timely delivery of creatives as per plan Adherence to brand guidelines Feedback from marketing and management teams Improvement in the visual quality of the brand’s digital presence
