YouTube Podcast Shoot & Management

Deadline: 2026-04-01

Description

Budget: ₹12500 - ₹37500

A podcast run by woman, recorded weekly in a Jaipur studio and I’m looking for a local female who can take the production from shoot to screen and beyond.

Your day with me starts in the studio, operating the camera, mics and basic lighting while we record. After each session you’ll handle intermediate‐level post-production: clean cuts, colour correction if needed, tasteful titles, lower-thirds and smooth transitions—nothing flashy, just polished storytelling that fits our brand.

Once the episode looks and sounds right, you’ll upload it to our YouTube channel, write a compelling description and tags, organise it into the correct playlist and schedule the release. Ongoing channel care is equally important: reply to comments, encourage conversation, monitor Community tab posts, and track analytics in YouTube Studio so we can review watch-time, retention and subscriber growth every month.

To widen our reach you’ll repurpose highlights or behind-the-scenes snippets for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, keeping thumbnails, captions and hashtags on-brand and consistent with the show’s tone.

Deliverables for every episode • Studio-shot raw footage (camera files + audio) • Edited 1080p finished video with titles & transitions • YouTube upload ready with description, tags, thumbnail and playlist placement • Weekly engagement report: notable comments, audience feedback, key metrics • Social clips formatted for Instagram, Twitter and Facebook

If you’re a Jaipur-based woman who enjoys being on set, weekly once, knows your way around basic camera gear and Premiere Pro or similar, and loves managing social communities, we’d love to work together.
