Website issue removal

Budget: $30 - $250

I have a website (a small bookstore with only 5 titles to sell by Paypal) on Wordpress which got some security issues and I decided to transfer it to Hostinger by myself. I installed Wordpress on Hostinger and uploaded /uploads/ directory into Hostinger directory, but the site doesn't work, and I think there is either a security issue or a bad setting. It may need just a tweak or removing an infected file. I think it should take couple of hours for an experienced website developer to fix the problem. I'm not thinking of redeg the whole website but it might be an option down the road.
