Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (Freelance)

Location: Remote

Compensation:

₹7,000 per month during probation (6 months) ₹2,50,000 - ₹4,00,000 per annum after probation (based on performance) Key Skills Required:

Data Analysis ROI Optimization Campaign Strategy Roles and Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.). Analyze and optimize ad performance to drive high ROI. Monitor daily performance and provide actionable insights to improve results. Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with business goals. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achieve target CPA (Cost per Acquisition) within the first 2 months. Increase ad campaign ROI by at least 20% during probation. Maintain or exceed CTR (Click-Through Rate) benchmarks for all active campaigns. Provide weekly reports on campaign performance and optimization strategies.
