Corporate Event Photographer Needed

Our company is hosting a corporate function and I want a clean, professional visual record of the speeches and on-stage presentations. The atmosphere will be business-formal, so crisp lighting, sharp composition and an unobtrusive shooting style are important.

You will need to arrive in time to set up, cover every speaker from multiple angles, capture audience reactions where appropriate, and work discretely so the flow of the programme is never interrupted. If time allows, you’re welcome to snap a few informal moments before or after the talks, but the stage content is the clear priority.

Deliverables • 75–100 fully edited, high-resolution JPEGs (suitable for web, print and press release) • A small same-day preview set (5–10 shots) for social media • Final gallery delivered via a secure download link within five business days • Basic colour correction and exposure balancing included; light retouching on key images where needed

Please bring whatever lenses, flashes or off-camera lighting you rely on for indoor events; no additional equipment will be provided on site. All images should remain free of watermarks once delivered, with full usage rights transferring to us upon final payment.
