Senior Cosmetics Retail Sales Executive

I need a seasoned sales professional who already knows the retail floor—and the beauty aisle in particular—inside out. The role centres on expanding our cosmetics line’s footprint across brick-and-mortar partners and selected e-commerce channels. You will take full ownership of prospecting, pitching, closing, and nurturing high-value retail accounts, then translating that momentum into sustained sell-through with compelling in-store activations and data-driven replenishment plans.
Because this is a senior-level post, I’m looking for someone who can walk into quarterly range reviews with buyers, speak fluently about category trends, margin structures, and planogram strategy, then leave with signed purchase orders. A solid book of contacts among beauty retailers, drugstores, and boutique chains will fast-track you, but what matters most is a proven record of beating revenue targets in the cosmetics space.
Your key deliverables: • A 90-day go-to-market plan outlining target retailers, revenue milestones, and promotional calendar • Signed listings with at least three new retail partners within the first six months • Monthly performance reports highlighting sell-in, sell-through, and inventory health, plus actionable recommendations
CRM of choice is flexible—Salesforce or HubSpot both integrate with our existing stack—so feel free to lead with whichever you know best. Travel across regional store networks will be required and is fully expensed.
