Chief Architect Single-Family Home Design

I’m building out a complete residential design for a single-family home in Chief Architect and need another pair of expert hands inside the software. The shell, exterior massing, and basic room layout are already in place; what I now require is a polished, detail-rich treatment of the interior—specifically the kitchen and main living zone, plus all bedrooms and bathrooms.

Your task XXXX XXXX open my current.plan file, refine the spatial flow, cabinet layouts, fixture positions, and finishes, and then generate clean construction-ready drawings as well as photo-realistic renders that a client can sign off on. You should be comfortable manipulating Chief Architect libraries, setting up custom materials, layering for clear documentation, and exporting both 2D and 3D outputs.

Deliverables • Updated Chief Architect.plan file with annotated layers • Dimensioned layouts and elevations for kitchen, living, bedrooms, and baths • High-resolution stills and a short walkthrough of the revised spaces (Chief Architect Camera or exported video) • Basic schedules for cabinets, appliances, and key finishes
