Bilingual Delivery Super-App

I’m building a full-service, Arabic / English mobile application that lets customers order almost anything—meals from restaurants, groceries, flowers, medicine and, when requested, even sports wear. The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android.

Core flow • The customer browses the catalog or simply types a custom request when the item is missing; that request is routed to our staff, who then purchase it from the specified store. • Orders are pushed in real time to a small device that will sit in each partner shop or supermarket so the vendor can confirm, prepare and hand off items without delay.

Essential capabilities • Bilingual UI and right-to-left compliance for Arabic screens. • Secure payments: Credit/Debit Card, Cash on Delivery, Mobile Wallets plus Wish money and OMT. • Dynamic courier tracking, order status notifications and ratings. • Cloud-based admin console for managing vendors, menus, prices, promos and fleet performance.

Acceptance criteria

1. One production-ready build for iOS and one for Android, each approved in its respective store.
2. Vendor device integration tested live in at least one pilot shop.
3. Payment workflows verified with live credentials for every listed method.
4. Arabic/English copy and layout reviewed on all screens.
