We are looking for a skilled YouTube Video Editor to help edit videos for a growing real estate and investing YouTube channel focused on Section 8 investing, passive income, and financial education.

We are specifically looking for someone who can create clean, professional, engaging educational content similar to the examples above.

What We’re Looking For • Clean, professional YouTube editing style • Experience editing talking-head educational videos • Ability to add engaging but professional visuals • Fast turnaround (48–72 hours preferred)

Editing Style • Light background music (optional but preferred) • B-roll where appropriate (real estate/investing visuals)

Responsibilities • Edit 1–2 videos per week (10–15 minutes typically) • Deliver YouTube-ready final videos
