Merseyside C2 Change-Use Planner

I am seeking a planning consultant who already works regularly across Merseyside and the wider North-West and can steer a proposed C2 residential care scheme through a change-of-use application in a sensitive location. My priority is full compliance with national and local policies, so I need someone who not only knows the letter of the regulations but also has local relationships to anticipate concerns and resolve them before they reach the committee.

The brief centres on site selection and assessment: confirming that the property is suitable for C2 use, evidencing need, compiling a robust planning statement, and mapping any constraints linked to heritage, traffic, noise, or amenity. I will rely on you to prepare the submission pack, coordinate pre-app discussions, and represent the project at council meetings as required.
