Create 2 Short Videos from Instagram Content (Reel + Stage Intro)

I am hosting a leadership event and need a skilled video editor/content creator to create two short videos featuring a speaker.

The editor will need to review the speaker’s Instagram handle, identify strong photos and video clips, and combine them with the profile information I provide to create polished, engaging videos.

This requires good editorial judgment — selecting the right visuals, sequencing them well, and presenting the speaker in a compelling way.

The speaker is a high-profile personality, so the tone must feel elegant, intelligent, and not overly flashy or gimmicky.

DELIVERABLES

1. Video Invite (Instagram Reel) Purpose: To announce the speaker and invite people to the event.

Requirements: Vertical format (9:16) 30–45 seconds Uses clips/stills from the speaker’s Instagram Includes text overlays highlighting key achievements Ends with event details (which I will provide) Clean and elegant visual style This video will primarily be viewed on phones and social media.

1. Speaker Introduction Video (Stage Screen) Purpose: To introduce the speaker right before she walks on stage.

Requirements: Landscape format (16:9) 45–60 seconds Strong storytelling flow introducing the speaker Mix of photos, video clips, and text highlights Designed for large screen projection at an event
