Archicad 29 Residential Documentation

I need a seasoned Archicad 29 user to jump directly into a set of residential plans that are already in progress and carry them through to complete construction documentation. The design is locked, so the task XXXX XXXX translating what is already sketched and annotated into a tight, fully coordinated packet.

Scope • Residential plans only

• no commercial or mixed-use work. • Focus on construction documentation: floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules and any details required for permitting and on-site execution. • While the primary deliverable is 2D documentation, the 3D model must stay in sync. Every interior, exterior and landscape element needs to be carried through so the BIM file remains a single source of truth.

What success looks like • Archicad 29 PLN file and PDFs ready for submission, sheet-indexed and plotted to correct scales. • Clean, disciplined layer structure and attribute management so anyone opening the file can navigate it instantly. • No unresolved joins, missing composites or stray lines when model is sliced into 2D views. • All details—interior, exterior and landscape—present and coordinated between model and sheets.
