I’m looking for someone who can take over the entire selling process for my inventory of sunglasses, shoes and jewellery on eBay. My current listings no longer match the direction I want to take, so I plan to cancel them and start again with a smarter, data-driven strategy.

Here’s what I need you to handle from day one: • Audit the stock I’ll provide (photos, specs, quantities) and identify the best way to position each item. • Create fresh, SEO-friendly listings inside eBay Seller Hub—titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing and shipping profiles. • Optimise images (background removal or simple retouching in Photoshop/Canva if required) so every product looks consistent and premium. • Use Terapeak or similar research tools to set competitive pricing and choose the right categories. • Monitor the listings once they’re live, adjust keywords or promotions as needed, and keep me updated on performance. • Respond promptly to buyer enquiries and coordinate order fulfilment details with me so dispatch times stay within eBay’s standards.

Acceptance criteria • All legacy listings removed and replaced with new, fully optimised versions. • At least three well-researched keywords in every title, with no keyword stuffing. • Professional photos sized to eBay’s recommended dimensions (minimum 1600px on the longest side). • Listings achieve “Above Standard” or “Top Rated” seller metric targets within the first complete 30-day cycle.
