Apparel Tech Packs: Fishing & Camo

I need complete, production-ready tech packs for two small apparel lines: performance fishing shirts/hoodies and a run of camouflage shirts and pants. Each tech pack should guide a factory from sampling through bulk without questions left unanswered.

Fabric & performance requirements The garments will use a synthetic blend that incorporates a Merino wool component for comfort and odor control. They must deliver water resistance, UV protection, high breathability and reliable moisture-wicking. Please specify exact fabric weights, finishes and testing standards so that these properties are verifiable.

Camouflage direction For the camo pieces I’m after a pattern that is entirely original—no off-the-shelf forest, desert or urban repeats. If you can generate the artwork yourself, great; otherwise flag that you’ll need my illustrator’s files and indicate the repeat size you propose so the print house can work efficiently.

What the tech pack should cover • Front and back flat sketches with stitch details • Bill of materials listing every fabric, trim, label and packaging element • Colorways, print scale and placement guides • Graded measurement tables (men’s sizes S-3XL) with tolerances • Construction callouts, seam types and SPI

File delivery Please supply layered Adobe Illustrator files plus a consolidated PDF for each style. Name all swatches and layers clearly; factories will use these files directly.

I’ll review each pack against the list above and will request up to two rounds of revisions to lock in fit or artwork before sign-off.
