I have an application form that needs to be converted into a single, fill-able PDF. Every field must be properly tagged so screen-reader users can navigate it, the tab order flows naturally, and data can be typed in, saved locally, printed, and then mailed back to us. Deliverable• One ready-to-distribute, fully tagged, fillable PDF that captures all application data and is print-ready. • (Optional but appreciated) the working file you build from, in case we need to update wording later.
