Canva Team Collaboration Guidance

I’m running a small project entirely inside Canva, but I keep hitting roadblocks when it comes to working smoothly with the rest of my team. The core objective is simple: I want to feel confident navigating Canva while enabling real-time editing and easy template sharing for everyone involved.

Here’s where I need your expertise: • Set up and demonstrate Canva’s collaboration features so my teammates and I can jump into the same design, edit together live, and avoid version-control chaos. • Show me the most efficient way to create and distribute reusable templates inside our workspace so the whole team stays on-brand without reinventing the wheel. • Walk me through best-practice workflows—think brand kit settings, folder organization, permissions, and comment threads—so we spend less time figuring out the tool and more time deg.
