Modernize BigCommerce Storefront Design
Description
I’m ready to give lwiinc.com a fresh, modern face. The store still runs on the old Parts Warehouse theme and, when you compare it with competitors like toico.com, the difference is obvious. I don’t want a carbon copy of their site, but I do want the same up-to-date feel and ease of use.
Here’s what I need:
Homepage • A full layout redesign that keeps our product focus front-and-center. • A new, cohesive color scheme that works with our existing logo and branding. • Fresh hero images and rotating banners sized for desktop and mobile, optimized for speed.
Product pages • Cleaner visual hierarchy, modern typography, and more space for specs. • High-quality product imagery laid out for quick zoom and swipe on mobile. • All existing data (SKUs, descriptions, options) must remain intact.
Technical notes • The work must be performed directly within BigCommerce, not via a headless rebuild. • Any custom CSS/JS should be documented so we can maintain it later. • Page speed and core web vitals can’t slip; I’d like them improved if possible. • All changes need to stay SEO-friendly—no broken links, no lost metadata.
