German Real Estate Research Assistant

I’m looking for someone who can dive into German-language sources and help me stay on top of the residential property market. In this initial project you will:

• Locate current residential property listings that fit the search profile I’ll provide. • Use local property listing, extract them into excel and check them with some other portals for the prices.

I’ll need you online during Central European daytime so we can exchange information quickly. Please be comfortable using ChatGPT for rapid content summarisation, Excel for clean data sheets, and Word for concise reports; familiarity with any additional scraping or VOIP tools is a plus.

If we are both happy with the results, I plan to continue on an hourly basis for roughly 6–10 hours per week.
