Trucking Business QuickBooks Cleanup and Reporting

I’m looking for an experienced, certified QuickBooks specialist with trucking/transportation industry experience to perform a full bookkeeping cleanup and prepare 2025 financial reports for my trucking business. Scope of Work:

1. Books Cleanup ∙ Review and reconcile all accounts ∙ Correct miscategorized transactions ∙ Reconcile bank and credit card statements ∙ Clean up chart of accounts specific to trucking operations (fuel, maintenance, IFTA, driver pay, etc.)
2. Balance Sheet ∙ Prepare accurate, current balance sheet ∙ Ensure assets, liabilities, and equity are properly stated
3. Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) ∙ Prepare detailed P&L by month and year-to-date ∙ Break down revenue streams and expense categories
4.
