Minimalist Office Cabins SketchUp Renderings

I’m working on a set of interior office cabins that need to be presented in a clean, minimalistic style, and I want them brought to life with polished SketchUp renders. The basic layout is ready; what I need from you is the visual punch—accurate materials, balanced lighting, and viewpoints that sell the concept at a glance.

You’ll take my provided CAD plans and photos and produce photoreal-looking still images that clearly communicate the calm, clutter-free aesthetic I’m after. Think soft neutrals, simple joinery, and just enough detail to feel lived-in without breaking the minimal vibe.

Because these are interior shots, careful attention to artificial and natural lighting, true-to-spec furniture placement, and crisp linework is essential. If you use V-Ray, Enscape, or a similar plugin for the final render, please let me know so I can keep my workflow consistent.

Deliverables: • Final high-resolution JPG/PNG renders (2–3 key angles per cabin) • The final.skp file with all materials and scenes set up • Any texture or proxy libraries used, neatly organised for future edits
