I’m commissioning cinematic video packages for premium apartment and villa developments along the North Bangalore airport corridor. Each shoot must capture lifestyle and luxury first, weaving smooth, cinematic Instagram Reels that persuade viewers of the project’s design pedigree and investment upside.

Scope of a single assignment • Film interiors, full room layouts, façades, landscaped exteriors, and standout amenities such as the pool or gym. • Craft two finished Reels (≈30–45 sec each) per visit, paced for Instagram’s algorithm yet maintaining a polished, high-end feel. Script will be provided. • Deliver colour-graded 4K masters plus social-ready versions (vertical, caption-safe).

What you’ll rely on • Your own DSLR or mirrorless kit, gimbal, audio if needed, and pro-level editing workflow (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve—your choice). • Confident grading, tasteful transitions, and rhythmic pacing—the videos must sell the lifestyle, not simply document square footage. • A drone licence and flight skills will set you apart for dramatic establishing shots, though they’re not compulsory.

Compensation is ₹5,000 per shoot; quality that exceeds expectations keeps you on our roster for the many projects ahead.
